About the role

Our Enterprise Account Management team at Paperclip is dedicated to helping clients realize the transformative potential of our cutting-edge automotive, AI, and insurance technologies. This role combines technical insight, strategic vision, and value-driven partnership.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will drive opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to successful implementation. You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and strategic planners to guide our clients in leveraging our technologies to achieve their business goals.

This role is remote and available globally, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with clients from around the world.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage approximately a dozen key accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account strategies.
  • Lead enterprise clients from initial consideration to successful deployment of our solutions.
  • Partner with solution and research engineering teams to build and execute complex customer programs and projects.
  • Own and achieve consumption revenue targets.
  • Manage consumption revenue forecasts.
  • Analyze key account metrics to generate reports and provide insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and partners to contribute to product roadmap and corporate strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams across solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our company culture.

We’re seeking someone with experience including:

  • 7+ years in enterprise account management, preferably in technology or software sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets >$1M annually for more than 3 years.
  • Designing and executing complex deal strategies.
  • Supporting the growth of high-performance companies.
  • Working directly with C-level executives.
  • Communicating technical concepts effectively to clients and internal teams.
  • Leading high-visibility client events (conferences, product launches, etc.).
  • Gathering, analyzing, and distilling complex market intelligence.
