About the role

As a Sales Consultant at Paperclip, you will play a vital role in supporting our Enterprise Account Management team by driving sales initiatives and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Reporting to the Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, promoting our innovative solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

This role is available remotely within Europe, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with clients across the continent.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist the Enterprise Account Manager in managing key accounts and developing comprehensive account strategies.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Support the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and product management, to align client needs with our offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on our technologies to prospective clients.
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
 

We’re seeking someone with experience including:

  • 3+ years in sales or sales support, preferably in technology or software sectors.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
